주의 능력으로 우리를 감싸주소서!

Prayer for Personal Protection

Father, I come to You today, bowing in my heart, asking for protection from the evil one.

아버지, 저는 오늘 주님께 나와 주님께서 경배드리며 악한 자에게서 저를 지켜주시길 간구합니다.

Lord, we are assailed moment by moment with images on television, the internet, books and newspapers that leave us vulnerable to sin of every kind.

주님, 우리는 악한 세력들로부터 매 순간 공격받을 수 있는 텔레비전, 인터넷, 책, 신문 등 모든 종류의 죄에 대해 취약합니다.

Surround us with Your divine hedge of protection.

주님의 신령한 보호 울타리로 우리를 감싸 주소서.

Encompass us round about with Your strength and Your might.

주님의 능력과 권세로 우리를 품어주소서.

Let all who take refuge in You be glad, let them ever sing for joy.

주께 피하는 모든 사람을 기쁘게 해주시며 기쁨으로 영원히 노래하게 하소서.

And may You shelter us, that those who love Your name may exult in You.

주님의 이름을 사랑하는 사람들이 주님을 기쁘시게 해드리도록 저희를 보호해 주십시오.

For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O LORD, You surround him favor as with a shield(Psalm 5:11-12).

오 주님, 의인에게 복을 주시는 주님께서 주의 방패로 그 은총을 두르시나이다(시 5:11-12).

Lord, I ask that You protect our minds.

주님, 저희 마음을 보호해 주시기를 간구합니다.

Father, the mindset on the flesh is death, but the mindset on the Spirit is life and peace (Romans 8:6).

아버지여, 육신의 생각은 사망이요 영의 생각은 생명과 평안입니다(롬 8:6).

O God, set our minds on You.

오 하나님, 우리의 마음을 주님께 맡깁니다.

"Let us not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what Your will is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect"(Romans 12:2).

"우리가 이 세대를 본받지 말고 오직 마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아 아버지의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻이 무엇인지 분별하게 하소서"(롬 12:2).

"Help us by the power of Your Spirit to think on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything is worthy of praise, let our minds dwell on these things"(Philippians 4:8).

"무엇에든지 참되며 무엇에든지 경건하며 무엇에든지 옳으며 무엇에든지 정결하며 무엇에든지 사랑받을 만하며 무엇에든지 평판이 좋으며 무슨 덕이 있든지 무엇이든지 찬양할 만한 것들에 우리의 마음이 머물게 하소서"(빌 4:8).

Strengthen us in the power of Your might, O God.

오 하나님, 주님의 능력으로 우리를 강하게 하소서.

Dress us in Your armor so that we can stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

우리가 마귀의 계략에 맞서 굳건히 설 수 있도록 주님의 갑옷을 입히시옵소서.

We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places(Ephesians 6:10-12).

"우리의 씨름은 혈과 육을 상대하는 것이 아니요, 통치자들과 권세들과 이 어두움의 세상 세력과 하늘에 있는 악한 영들을 대함임을 알게 하소서"(엡 6:10-12).

You are our keeper, O Lord, the shade on our right hand.

주님, 주님은 저희의 오른편에 계시는 그늘이십니다.

Protect us from all evil and keep our soul.

모든 악에서 우리를 보호하시고 우리 영혼을 지켜주소서.

Guard our going out and our coming in.

우리의 출입을 지켜주십시오.
