주님의 아름다움을 볼 수 있게 하소서

A Prayer to See the Beauty All Around Me

Dear Heavenly Father,

사랑하는 하늘에 계신 아버지,

Thank you for your beautiful creation.

주님의 아름다운 창조에 감사드립니다.

Your Word says, “For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.”(Colossians1:16).

주님의 말씀은 “만물이 그로 말미암아 창조되되 하늘과 땅에서 보이는 것과 보이지 아니하는 것과 또는 보좌들이나 주관들이나 정사들이나 권세들이나 만물이 그로 말미암고 그를 위하여 창조되되"라고 하십니다(골로새서 1:16).

When my circumstances look hopeless, help me to see the beauty of everything created by you, through you, and for you.

저의 상황이 절망적으로 보일 때, 주님으로 말미암아, 주님을 위해 창조하신 모든 것의 아름다움을 볼 수 있도록 도와주십시오.

Lord, in seasons when I struggle to find anything beautiful, reveal those blessings you want me to see.

주님, 제가 아름다운 것을 찾기 어려울 때 주님께서 제가 보기를 원하시는 복을 계시해 주십시오.

I know that even in the darkest times, something glorious is waiting to burst forth in splendor.

저는 가장 어두운 시기에도 영광스러운 무언가가 아름답게 터지기를 기다리고 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다.

I can get so caught up in my circumstances that I forget to keep my eyes on you.

저는 제 상황에 너무 사로잡혀 주님을 바라보는 것을 잊어버릴 수 있습니다.

But when I look at the world as your creation, I see things differently.

그러나 제가 세상을 주님의 창조물로 볼 때 저는 사물을 다르게 봅니다.

Instead of despair, I find hope.

저는 절망 대신 소망을 찾았습니다.

Instead of pain, I discover beauty.

저는 고통 대신 아름다움을 발견합니다.

Forgive me for letting difficult seasons cloud my view of your goodness.

어려운 계절이 주님의 선하심에 대한 저의 견해를 흐리게 하는 것을 용서해 주십시오.

Even when the situation looks bleak, there is still beauty to be found all around me.

상황이 암담해 보여도 저의 주변에는 여전히 아름다움이 있습니다.

Thank you for giving me a renewed view and helping me to remember that your timing is perfect.

제게 새로운 안목을 주셔서 주님의 시간 때가 완벽하다는 것을 기억할 수 있도록 도와주셔서 감사합니다.

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다, 아멘.
