“말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 우리가 그 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라”(요1:14).

“ The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth”(John 1:14)

[3] 묵상

삼위일체 교리와 성육신 교리는 기독교의 최고의 교리이며, 근본 교리이다. 이 두 교리는 기독교 진리의 기둥이며 바탕이 된다. 이 교리는 칼게돈 종교회의에서 최종 결정된 것으로 무려 451년이 걸렸다.

The doctrine of the Trinity and the doctrine of the Incarnation are the highest and fundamental doctrines of Christianity. These two doctrines are the pillars and foundation of Christian truth. This doctrine was finally decided at the Council of Chalgedon, and it took a whopping 451 years.

칼케돈 신경에 고백된 성육신 교리는 성경적이며 정교하다. 하나님께서 성육신하셨지만 그 인격은 신적 인격이고 신적 인격이 인성을 취하였으므로 두 본성에 한 인격이시다라고 확정 고백하였다.

The doctrine of the Incarnation confessed in the Creed of Chalcedon is biblical and sophisticated. He confirmed that although God was incarnated, his personality was divine and the divine personality took on humanity, so he is one person with two natures.

“한 인격에 두 본성’이 혼합없이(inconfuse), 변화없이(immutabiliter), 분열없이(indivise), 분리없이(inseparabiliter) 계신다. 한 인격으로 계심은 두 인격으로 나뉘거나 분열되지 않고 한 아들 독생하신 하나님, 말씀 주 예수 그리스도이시다. 여기서 한 인격은 삼위일체 하나님의 제2위 하나님이시다.”라고 성경의 가르침을 완벽하게 집약하였다.

“Two natures in one person” exist without inconfuse, immutabiliter, indivise, and inseparabiliter. The one person who is not divided or divided into two persons is the one Son, the only begotten God, the Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. Here, the one person is the second person of the Trinity God,” perfectly condensing the teachings of the Bible

성 삼위 하나님께 영광, 성육신하신 그리스도께 찬양을 드립니다.

나같은 죄인을 구속하시기 위해 영광 보좌를 버리시고 인간의 몸을 입고 오신 주님,

We give glory to the Holy Trinity of God and praise to the incarnate Christ.

The Lord gave up His throne of glory and came in human form to redeem sinners like me.

주님의 낮고 낮은 곳으로 잃은 자를 찾으러 오신 주님, 낮고 낮은 자의 삶을 살게 하소서,

주님의 성육신 영성에 저를 못박아 겸손하고 낮은 자의 삶을 살게  하소서, 아멘

Lord, who came to find the lost in your low and low place, help me live the life of a low and lowly person.

Lord, let me live a humble and lowly life, nailed by the spirituality of your incarnation, Amen.(23.12.6)
