We (Inland Church) are seeking someone who is passionate for spiritual growth and well-being of our children. We desire someone willing to learn, have great teamwork skills, and to serve our students with love and care. Our Ministry recently combined Jr.High and High school into one youth group and are in need of a supportive role in helping care of our students. 

Job Description 

- Supportive Role in Helping Youth Director as either Part-timer or as an Intern (Both are available) 

- Preaching/Leading Bible Study from time to time 

- Helping with the administrative/logistic part of youth ministry 

- Support/Coordinate seasonal retreats, mission trips, etc. 

- Under the guidance set by the Youth Director 

- Attend Korean service at 7:30am 

- Attending major events, church-pastoral meetings, and staff meetings 

- Helping care of individual students 

- Leading Praise if necessary 

Qualifications 

- Able to speak English Fluently 

- School Status- Seminary bound or enrolled or attending 

- Relevant experience leading any church ministry departments even if it wasn’t a pastoral role 

- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 

Preparation of Interview

2) Personal Testimony and Faith Statement 

3) 1 Letter of Recommendation(if possible) 

Salary 

- Part-Time Position- $2000 + may be a chance for scholarship
