Now Hiring (Part-Time): Youth Ministry Director

Tacoma New Life Presbyterian Church is prayerfully seeking a dedicated Part-Time Youth Ministry Director to shepherd our middle and high school students in the love and truth of Jesus Christ.

♦︎ Main Responsibilities:

1. Sunday Worship & Bible Study: Lead and oversee Sunday services, Bible study, and activities for youth.

2. Friday Gatherings: Coordinate Friday meetings including Bible study, fellowship, and activities for youth.

3. Retreats: Plan and lead summer and winter youth retreats.

4. Missions: Organize and oversee youth short-term mission trips.

5. Spiritual Care: Provide mentoring for youth and counsel parents as needed.

1. Has a deep love for Jesus Christ and a passion for youth ministry.

2. Can communicate effectively and build relationships with students and parents.

3. Is organized, creative, and works well in a team environment.

타코마새생명장로교회(Tacoma New Life Presbyterian Church)는 중·고등부 학생들을 예수 그리스도의 사랑과 진리로 양육할 파트타임 청소년부 디렉터를 기도하며 청빙합니다.

♦︎ 주요 사역:

1. 주일예배 & 성경공부: 청소년 주일예배, 성경공부를 인도하고 총괄

2. 금요모임: 성경공부, 교제, 청소년 활동을 기획 및 진행

3. 수련회: 여름 및 겨울 청소년 수련회 기획 및 인도

4. 선교: 청소년 단기선교 기획 및 진행

5. 영적 돌봄: 청소년 멘토링 및 학부모 상담

♦︎ 자격 요건:

1. 예수 그리스도를 인격적으로 믿고 청소년 사역에 대한 분명한 소명을 가진 분

2. 청소년과 학부모와 효과적으로 소통하고 신뢰 관계를 세울 수 있는 분

3. 조직적이고 창의적이며 팀 사역에 잘 협력할 수 있는 분
