1. Position: English Ministry (EM) Pastor

• Start Date: January 2026 (flexible)

• Position Type: Part-Time

• Compensation: $2,000 per month

2. Qualifications

• A strong personal devotional life rooted in prayer and the Word of God

• A clear calling and passion for English Ministry

• Spirit-filled and mission-minded, with a heart to disciple believers to live for God’s Kingdom and righteousness

• Graduate of an accredited seminary or currently enrolled in seminary

• Fluency in English (Bilingual or conversational Korean preferred)

• Prior ministry experience (EM or next-generation ministry preferred)

• A team player who values church leadership structure and collaboration

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)

3. Key Responsibilities

Sunday EM Worship

• Prepare and preach weekly messages based on biblical teaching and QTin curriculum

• Lead and mentor ministry leaders and volunteers

• Oversee small groups and praise team

• Build pastoral relationships within the EM congregation

• Plan and lead seasonal ministry events

Additional Ministry Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and counseling as needed

• Participate in planning and leading retreats and mission-related activities

• Attend Sunday Main Worship and weekly staff meetings

• Maintain a consistent personal devotional life using QTin (https://www.qtin.org)

• Attend Early Morning Prayer at least twice a week

• Collaborate closely with and report to the Senior Pastor
