Lakeview Covenant Church is seeking a FULL-TIME or HALF-TIME Youth Pastor to shepherd our youth group students. We are specifically looking for a candidate who will do the ministry in English, but bilingual is preferred (e.g. Korean). We welcome all applicants who are either Biblically trained, or presently being trained in a seminary or Bible college institution. They must have a heart to lead and develop leaders for God’s Kingdom.

Responsibilities would include:

·       Overall shepherding for the youth group (about 40-50 students)

·       Discipling them, along with the teachers

·       Organizing events and activities (e.g. retreats, missions, events, etc.)

·       Leading worship (e.g. includes Sunday preaching) for the youth

·       Leading Friday nights (e.g. Bible studies, events, discipleship, etc.)

·       Preaching occasionally in the EC

·       Attending weekly staff meetings for accountability

*Description and Benefits

Capacity: FULL-TIME (45-47 hours per week)

Salary: $63,000 / year

Visitation and Gas: $2000

Continuing Education: $1000 / year

Also includes Health Insurance and Pension

Capacity: HALF-TIME (30 hours per week)

Salary: $37,800 / year

Visitation & Gas: $1000 / year

Continuing Education: $500 / year
