Job Position

Full time: Education Department /Youth ministry.

Part time: Youth Ministry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to students, student leaders, and volunteers.

Lead weekly youth worship services and preach God's Word.

Offer pastoral care and support to students navigating life transitions and identity formation.

Plan, design, and oversee comprehensive youth programs, including:

Bible studies, retreats, and mission trips.

Conferences, special events, and leadership training.

Partner with parents to nurture students’ faith and growth.

Train and provide care for volunteer teaching staff.

Collaborate with the Korean Ministry (KM) team and actively attend staff meetings.

Qualifications and Character

Who You Are:

Passionate about mentoring and discipling youth to grow deeper in Christ.

A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative ministry setting.

A graduate of (or currently attending) an accredited theological seminary.

Ordained or eligible for ordination.

Experienced in youth ministry (minimum 2 years).

Creative, energetic, and ready to connect with students in relevant and impactful ways.
