1. 업무 내역(Responsibilities)

-주일 Youth 예배 인도 및 설교, 소그룹 모임을 총괄

-주중 Youth의 영적 성장을 위한 다양한 프로그램(성경공부, 소그룹, 행사, 수양회, 선교 등)을 기획하고 운영

-목회 팀으로써 여건에 맞는 행정과 사무를 통해 전반적 운영을 지원

2. 자격 조건(Qualification)

-신학대학원 재학 중이거나 졸업자 또는 강도사·목사

-현재 미국에 거주하며, 미국 내 취업에 결격 사유가 없는 분

-영어와 한국어로 설교가 가능한 이중언어가 가능하신 분

3. 제출 서류(Application)

-이력서 1부 (가족사진 첨부)

-자기소개서 1부 (신앙고백 및 간증문, 사역경력, 가족소개 등)

-추천서 2부 (현재 섬기고 있는 교회 담임목사 추천서 1부, 목사 또는 신학교 교수 1부)

-최근 1년 이내 설교 영상 2편 (유튜브 링크 또는 파일 첨부)

New Life Presbyterian Church is a church in the Phoenix Central area which was founded 30 years ago. We are looking for a full-time assistant pastor to oversee our youth ministry.

1. Responsibilities

- Lead weekly Sunday Service (including Sunday Sermon)

- Oversee and grow all areas of ministry for the English speaking congregation(Youth Ministry) such as worship, missions, small groups, and the training and equipping of lay leaders for ministry

- Develop vision for Youth Ministries that is aligned with New Life Presbyterian Church’s vision

- Organize and implement ministry programs to foster the spiritual growth of Youth group

- Conduct Membership and Baptism/Confirmation class

- Work with lay leaders and other pastors to promote church unity

- Lead weekly Bible studies and small groups

- Provide pastoral care and visit church members as necessary

Supported the overall operations of the church by managing administrative and clerical tasks as part of the pastoral team.

2. Qualification

-Seminary student, licensed minister, or ordained pastor eligible to serve in ministry

-Currently residing in the United States with legal eligibility for employment

-Bilingual in English and Korean, with the ability to preach in both languages

3. Compensations: Salary, healthcare coverage, gas reimbursement, Pastoral activity support, Pastoral Conference fee reimbursement, Paid vacation, cell phone bill payment.
