유년부 담당 전임 사역자 청빙

텍사스 어스틴에 위치한 어스틴한인장로교회 (AKPC) 에서는 하나님의 은혜로 지난 52 년간 성장해 온 신앙 공동체입니다. 현재 약 1,400여명의 성도들이 예수산책 비전 (말씀,제자, 미셔널 공동체)을 따라 함께 예배드리고 있습니다.

저희 교회는 ECO 교단 (A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians) 에 소속되어 있으며, 다음 세대를 위한 열정과 겸손으로 섬길 유년부 담당 전임 사역자 (Children Ministry Full-Time Assistant Pastor)를 청빙합니다.

청빙 조건

■ 담당 사역

• 유년부 (1-5학년) 예배 및 교육 담당 (출석 약 120여명)

• 교사 및 학부모와 협력하여 어린이들을 돌보고 목양 

• 연령에 맞는 성경적 커리큘럼 개발 및 실행

• 교사 훈련

• 여름 사역 (Summer VBS, Summer Camp 등) 기획 및 실행

• 전체 교회 사역 동참 및 부서간 협력

■ 자격 요건

• 미국에 합법적으로 취업 가능한 분 

• 정규 신학교 M.Div. 또는 기독교 교육학 과정 중이거나 졸업하신 분 

• 현재 ECO 교단 소속 또는 ECO 교단 가입 가능자 

• 언어: 영어 기본 (한국어 가능한 분 우대)

복리 후생

• 사례비: $75,000-$85,000 (사역경력에 따라 사례, 연봉·사택·의료보험료 포함)

• 유급 휴가: 3주 (3 주일) 

• 계속 교육 지원: 연간 최대 $2,000

• 이사 비용 지원: 거리에 따라 지원

• 은퇴 지원: 1년 사역 후 연 연봉의 10%

Children’s Ministry Full-Time Assistant Pastor

Austin Korean Presbyterian Church (AKPC) in Austin, Texas is a community of faith that has grown by God’s grace over the past 52 years. Approximately 1,400 congregants currently worship together following our “Walk with Jesus” vision (Word, Discipleship, and Missional Community).

 We belong to the ECO denomination (A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians) and are seeking a Children’s Ministry Full-Time Assistant Pastor to serve the next generation with passion and humility.

Position Overview

■ Ministry Responsibilities

• Oversee worship and Christian education for the Children’s Ministry (grades 1–5); approximately 120 children in attendance.

• Shepherd and care for children in partnership with teachers and parents.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate, Bible-centered curriculum.

• Train and equip teachers.

• Plan and lead summer ministries (e.g., Summer VBS, summer camps).

• Participate in church-wide ministries and collaborate with other departments.

■ Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited seminary M.Div. or Christian Education program.

• Currently part of the ECO denomination or eligible to join ECO.

• Language: Fluent in English (Korean language skills preferred).

■ Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 (commensurate with ministry experience; includes salary, housing, and medical insurance).

• Paid vacation: 3 weeks (3 Sundays).

• Continuing education support: up to $2,000 annually.

• Moving expenses: assistance provided depending on distance.

• Retirement contribution: After one year of service, 10% of annual salary.
