San Diego Hanbit Church is a non-denominational, independent church with about 1000 members and with 34 years of history.

We are looking for a part-time to full-time assistant pastor to oversee our youth ministry.

□ Responsibilities

- A personal and vital relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

- Preach and lead our youth groups to know, love and serve Jesus

- Create environments, activities and programs for college students that will facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth.

□ Qualification

- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

- Faithful, accountable, and teachable

- Good relational skills and capacity to work with students

- Currently enrolled or graduated from an accredited Seminary

- Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Korean.

샌디에고 한빛교회에서는 다음세대(youth group)를 열정적으로 섬기고 예수 그리스도의 제자로 세우실 사역자(part-time to full-time assistant pastor)를 찾고 있습니다.

□ 업무 내역(Responsibilities)

- 구세주 되신 예수 그리스도와 깊고 인격적인 신앙을 이루도록 돕는다.

- 예수를 깊이 알고, 사랑하고, 섬기도록 말씀 사역과 가르침을 준다.

- 학습을 촉진하고 영적 성장을 장려할 수 있도록 환경, 활동, 및 프로그램을 조성한다.

□ 자격조건(Qualification)

- 미국에 합법적으로 취업 가능하신 분

- 신학대학 졸업자 또는 졸업자 예정자이신 분

- 이중언어, 영어와 한국어로 설교 가능하신 분
