San Diego Hanbit church is a non-denominational, independent church with about 1000 members and with 34 years of history.

 

We are looking for a half-time to full-time assistant pastor to oversee our youth and college ministry.

 

□ Responsibilities

• A personal and vital relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Preach and lead our college groups to know, love and serve Jesus
• Create environments, activities and programs for college students that will facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth.
• Oversee and administer the education ministry.

□  Qualification

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Faithful, accountable and teachable
• Good relational skills and capacity to work with students
• Currently enrolled or graduated from an accredited Seminary
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Korean.

샌디에고 한빛교회에서는 다음세대(youth and college group)를 열정적으로 섬기고 예수 그리스도의 제자로 세우실 사역자(half-time to full-time assistant pastor)를 찾고 있습니다.

□ 업무 내역(Responsibilities)

·  구세주 되신 예수 그리스도와 깊고 인격적인 신앙을 이루도록 돕는다.

·  예수를 깊이 알고, 사랑하고, 섬기도록 말씀 사역과 가르침을 준다.

·  학습을 촉진하고 영적 성장을 장려할 수 있도록 환경, 활동, 및 프로그램을 조성한다.

·  교육부 사역을 감독하고 관리한다.

 

□ 자격조건 (Qualification)

·  미국에 합법적으로 취업 가능한자

·  신학대학 졸업자 또는 졸업자 예정자

·  이중언어, 영어와 한국어로 설교 가능하신 분
